The teenage years are full of change, including new pressures at school, shifting friendships, social media, identity questions and growing independence. It is normal to struggle at times, but some teens need extra support to find their footing.
We offer a warm, respectful space where young people can talk openly with someone outside their family and school, and feel truly listened to.
How we can help

Self-esteem, body image and identity

Coping with family changes, loss or trauma
Working with parents
We see parents and guardians as partners. We will agree with you and your teen at the start what is shared and what stays private, so that your child feels safe to open up and you stay informed about their wellbeing.
The following psychological modalities are used:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT): age-appropriate tools to manage anxiety, low mood and negative thinking.
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills: teaches emotional regulation, distress tolerance and healthier relationships.
Expressive and creative approaches: drawing, journaling and activities that help teens express what is hard to say out loud.
Motivational and strengths-based work: builds confidence and a sense of control.
Mindfulness and self-regulation tools: simple practices teens can use at school and at home.
Parent guidance: coaching for parents, with clear confidentiality boundaries so your teen can trust the process.
